Bio

Lynn Marshall-Linnemeier's work is a powerful testament to the interconnectedness of personal and collective memory. Through her diverse artistic practices, she creates a rich tapestry of narratives that speak to the past and present. Her focus on the American South, combined with her exploration of themes such as ancestry, memory, environmental concerns, and gender, offers a profound reflection on how our histories shape our identities and communities. Marshall-Linnemeier's art invites us to engage with these stories and reflect on our place within the broader narrative of history.
